Club Meetings

Meetings are held periodically in Newtown House. Items to be included on the agenda should be notified to the Club Secretary at least two days in advance of the meeting date. Otherwise an issue may be raised under 'any other business' (AOB).

The Annual General Meeting elects the Management Committee and takes nominations of persons who wish to be included in the Club's Sub Committees. The Management Committee serve until the next Annual General Meeting is held.
